High place of Moroccan cuisine in Fes, Riad DAR ZIRYAB provides an ideal setting for Moroccan cooking classes, offering fans the opportunity to discover some of the largest revenues of Moroccan cuisine in a professional atmosphere but nevertheless fun and relaxed.
The cooking classes are directed personally by the hostess, or one of her seconds, and even taught in the kitchen of the restaurant. The workshops are organized by small groups of 2 to 5 people to ensure that each participant benefits to the utmost.
Each course in Moroccan cuisine with a half-day program teaches you to prepare, as appropriate, a starter and main course or main course and dessert. At the end of each session, the apprentice cooks taste all the dishes they have developed at a luncheon held in the convivial setting of the prestigious DAR ZIRYAB.
